Testimonials
We commissioned RCAN to manage a survey of West Bridgford residents to determine whether they support the creation of a Town Council for West Bridgford, particularly in light of Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and the possible abolition of Rushcliffe Borough Council. You were our key contact throughout the survey period.
We approached RCAN because of its high reputation for organising surveys of local communities in Nottinghamshire on a range of environmental and governance issues.
In the lead up to the start of the survey you were very approachable and gave us plenty of helpful advice. You were very patient with us as we kept changing details right up to the launch! The survey ran from 9th February to 2nd March 2026.
Not only did you complete the work within a very tight timescale but the number of respondents you achieved was well above our most optimistic expectations.
RCAN was able to fill many skill gaps in our own Working Group especially in relation to the design of questionnaires, technical expertise with on-line surveys (special thanks to Natasha) and the analysis and reporting of the results.
Your Public Consultation report was clear and concise, in particular the summary of comments supporting or objecting to our proposals.
We would like to thank you and the rest of the RCAN team for a first class piece of work and we would not hesitate to recommend you to other organisations wishing to commission similar projects.

Jenny, Jodi, Alex and the team at RCAN were instrumental in helping us to reach out to our communities easily and effectively with a challenging engagement topic and process.
